Our repair warranty does not cover any new accidental or liquid damage that occurs after service.
Repairs are covered under a 90-day warranty. Beyond this period, Tech 13 is not responsible for any future malfunctions.
Tech 13 is not liable for any pre-existing damage that was not disclosed prior to repair.
Full payment is required upon completion of repairs. Devices left uncollected for 90 days may be sold to recover costs.
Most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours, depending on parts availability.
Repair Quality
All our repairs are carried out in ESD-protected environments, ensuring the safety of your device and our technicians. We strictly follow ISO-9001 quality management standards and continuously refine our repair methods to provide exceptional service.
Our assessment fee is non-refundable. If the device is repairable, this fee is applied to the total repair cost. If the device is deemed irreparable or the customer cancels the repair, the fee covers the time and labor spent on the assessment.
Customers may drop off their devices at our workshop or send them via courier. Upon completion, devices can be collected in person or returned via courier delivery.
We offer a 90-day warranty on our repair jobs. If there are any issues, contact us for hassle-free support.
During the repair process, there’s a risk that data may be lost due to issues like electrical failure, part damage, or system resets. Tech 13 is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your data before repairs or requesting a backup service from us. Customers requesting full data wipes must sign a disclaimer.
