How it works

Step 1: Enquiry & Booking
You can place an enquiry with us through:

and our team will get in touch with you. Once we get to the root of the issue, you can book a job and start the process.
Step 2: Delivery
After you book your device, our staff will discuss with you how to deliver the device to our center for assessment.
Step 3: Assessment & Booking
Once delivered, the engineers will assess the device and send you an assessment report and a quote with a completion time frame. If approved, then it will be booked for repairs; otherwise, we will invoice you for the assessment fee and arrange the collection.
Step 4: Repairing
Our technicians will carry out all the necessary repairs and make sure that your device is fully functional as you instructed. This shall be done within 24-48 hours. In case we must order the required parts, we will let you know the estimated time and will keep you updated.
Step 5: Invoicing
On job completion, we will issue an invoice to clear the payment either on collection at one of our branches or through other methods such as Internet Banking.
Step 6: Collection
Once Payment is cleared, out team will contact you to arrange how and when to collect the device.

Yes, you can. Please ensure that you pack your device securely with plenty of protection. Also include a brief description of the problems that you are experiencing and your contact details by filling our online “Book a Job” form.

The devices that come into our service center are queued and handled on first-come first-served basis. If your issue requires immediate attention, then we can take it out of the queue and process it immediately for additional fee.
Nope! You can just bring your device to our shop; no appointment is necessary. 
For desktop computers, all you need to bring is the tower/box.  Cables, monitors, keyboards, and mice are not needed. 
If it's an "All in One" device with a built-in screen we ask for the power adapter.
For laptops and pads, please be sure to bring in the charger. We do not need your laptop/pad case or accessories.
Also, if you are having a problem with a specific component, such as speakers, then please bring in that device too.
The most common ways they get into your system are through downloads of software from illegal or untrustworthy site, vulnerabilities in your installed software, clicking on malicious links in emails or visiting compromised web pages (even if it was a legitimate and well-known website).

The best ways to protect your computer are:

  • Running a high-quality virus/malware protection solution, such as NOD32.
  • Keeping ALL of your installed software updated.
  • Never click on links in emails unless you are absolutely sure you know the origin of the mail.
  • Avoid illegitimate or suspicious websites.
  • Ultimately, it comes down to the behavior of the user while surfing the Internet. 
We are a full-service repair center, which offers a wide range of   diagnostics and repair services. For example,
Simple hardware repairs such as broken or loose power jacks, broken or dead screens, broken hinges, keyboards, hard drives, power supply issues, dead or malfunctioning antenna and other network components.
Complex hardware repairs, such as damage due to liquid spillage, motherboard issues and component level repairs. 
Hardware upgrades, such as memory chips, hard drives, and graphic cards.
Software issues, such as corrupt or slow Operating System, corrupt device drivers, Internet issues, 3rd party software issues, new OS installations and upgrades, cloud storage, and Microsoft Office and email issues.
Security issues such as detecting and removing viruses and malware infections, password removal, and hacking related issues.
Data solutions such as data transfer between devices, data backup, data retrieval from dead devices or corrupted storage.
Other general services, such as General WOF, physical hardware cleanup, and operating system cleanup, updates and fine tuning.

It depends on the device and the issue. Generally speaking, our aim is to diagnose/quote, repair and return your device within 48 hours, if parts are available.
Usually, simple repairs get completed on the same day; others will be available next day.
Advanced hardware repairs or repairs that require ordered parts can take longer depending on the severity of the issue and/or arrival of the parts. 
If you bring your device to our shop, our basic diagnosis is FREE! We have you drop off your device and we will call you with a diagnosis as soon as we can.
We always start with the free basic diagnosis but if your issue requires work beyond that, you will be notified, and we will do our best to give you an upfront cost of the diagnostic fee.
Sure! Just drop off your computer in one of our service centers so we can take a look and see what the issues are.
Yes, we can. We have a range of loan devices to offer, and we also can move your data to the loan device and transfer it back after the repairs are completed.
Yes, in many cases we can recover deleted data in-house, and if we can’t then we will refer you to a data recovery specialist. 
PLEASE NOTE that if you are in this predicament, we strongly recommend that you stop using the device immediately. The more you use the device after file deletion the more difficult it becomes and less likely we will be able to undelete them.

Yes, we do.
If you want to sell the device, then we can evaluate it on the spot and offer you a fair price. This helps reduce electronic waste and give unwanted devices a second chance by refurbishing and offering them to families and communities with financial difficulties.
If the device is not fit for refurbishment or you specifically want to recycle it, we can ensure that it is disposed of responsibly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
In any case, all data will be wiped out completely by industry and government approved software. If needed, a certificate of full erasure can be issued for a small fee.

Warranties 

  • All purchased hardware parts or parts used in a repair job such as screens, chargers, batteries and keyboards come with a 6-month warranty.
  • All refurbished devices come with a warranty ranging from 6 months to 1 year as specified when purchased.
  • Motherboard hardware repairs such charging port repairs or on board electronics repairs come with a 90-day warranty.
  • Repairing software issues and virus infections do not come with any warranty.
